How To Play the A1GP Tipping game Print
How do I submit my A1 tips?

The A1GP tipping or prediction game is easy to play and learn. Before each race-weekend, you need to submit your predictions for the countries/teams as follows:

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions during qualifying. There are 4 qualifying sessions on an A1GP race weekend, your prediction will be matched against the best of the 4 qualifying sessions.

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions for the race. There are a sprint race and a feature race on an A1GP race weekend. your prediction will be matched against the best of the 2 races.

• Last finisher and country with the fastest lap time.

• Your choice of Quinella or Exacta prediction.

The deadline for tipping is on the Friday of the race weekend at 23:00 (GMT +2). On the justtipping.com homepage, a counter will give you more information on how much time is left to submit your tips.

How does the scoring work?
For Qualification, if you pick the correct country you will get full marks.

If you got the country right, but it is in the wrong position, you will get a consolation point of 1 point per correct team.

The Race scores works exactly like the Qualification scores, except that they are worth more.

Bonus points are there to either help you out if you submitted a poor prediction, or it can even make you the master tipper that you are!

The fastest team of the whole race gives you 5 points in your pocket as well as the country who finishes last.
Quinella basically means that you need to get the top two race driver predictions correct (in any order).
Exacta is more riskier animal, similar to Quinella, but the order must be exact!
Qualify:
Pole position * 10
2nd fastest * 8
3rd fastest * 6
* 1 point for correct tip, but wrong position.
Race:
1st place * 15
2nd place * 12
3rd place * 10
* 3 points for correct tip, but wrong position.
Bonus:
Fastest driver 5
Last driver 5
Quinella 15
Exacta 30
